READ: A dancer should eat a diet full of energy-rich foods with proteins, fats and carbohydrates in order to provide enough energy to keep the body functioning. Keep joints healthy as a dancer by eating quality fats with advice from a nutritional consultant. This video goes for not only dancers, but any athletes! [A ballerina should be on a healthy diet and be watching what they eat a lot carefully... ] You can get these healthy foods at your local grocery store... you can get vitamins at a pharmacy or a health store.
